Fastest service ever in Klinik Kesihatan category in Kuantan. I manages to get into the counter at 11:45am and got my medicine at 12:30pm.

Has emergency section, dental, drive thru medicine counter, and outpatient. For those who get flu, fever or cough, there are another section opened outside of the building under the canopy.

If you want to get your prescription here, you must made an appointment using the Kementerian Kesihatan mobile app first. But if you didn't install it, you just come to the front counter and the staff will give you the time for you to enter the building and register your name as a patient.

Everything are in order. Good and clean. But there is something need to be done to make it better. Make one room for elderly with wheelchair so then thay don't have to move from one section to other in order just to check BP, sugar level, etc. They easily get confused and its tiring them. Signage in clinic is not clear where to go so on. Wheelchare should be place outside at the first point people queueing. Not inside the building, hidden and no signage. Staff and nurses chatting unnecessarily makes the waiting far more longer. Farmasi is the best, fast, efficient and friendly.
